Clothes! Posted at 8:15 PM 0 comments (+)

Hello ^^

Today's post will be all about CLOTHES :D
Recently, I went shopping at H&M in the new shopping mall at Jurong East, JEM. I tried to find the clothes I bought online, but I can't find much of them. :(

First, my absolute favorite...

H&M Conscious Trend Divided Jaws Tank Photograph

Jaws muscle tank! It costed SGD$19.95!

This is me wearing it ^^

You can also see it on Lookbook here.
I also bought a black skater skirt for SGD$17.70, a black skulls & roses dress for SGD$24.90 and 2 tops for SGD$9.90 each!

I can't find a photo of the black skulls & roses dress online, but you can see the print in this photo. I really like it!

I also went to Uniqlo at Vivo City, and got a maxi dress for just SGD$16.90.
I couldn't decide between these 3 designs:

The material is super comfy and they only costed SGD$16.90 each! So cheap~
In the end, I decided on the one that made me look skinniest. LOL.

Thanks for reading! :)

Accessories from Qoo10! Posted at 8:45 PM 0 comments (+)
Hello lovelies!

Today, I will like to share some of the accessories that I bought from Qoo10 ^^

This is one of the caps that Jihyo wears on Running Man ^^ I got it from happydeal for SGD$19.40. I think the quality is quite good, and the cap is adjustable. It is a snapback so I pretty like it. The only bad thing is that I expected the color to be brighter and prettier but it is still acceptable ^^
The shop sells a lot of caps that kpop artists wear, so if you are a kpop/cap fan, you might like to take a look there. :)

Speaking of caps... I am in love with these snapbacks:

This is worn by Gary in the Running Man episode 145. It was love at first sight, lol.
If anyone knows where to get it at an affordable price, please let me know!

Gary's LESSANG snapback! ^^

The snapbacks below are all from Ssayo and I love all of them but I am on a tight budget. I will definitely get one of these when I have money though!

This costs SGD$16.40!

I have been eyeing this one for quite a while. Love the word DRUNKEN on it. Currently, it only cost SGD$19.70. I WANT IT~ T___T

GD's GET OUT snap :D

I like the brown one. It looks so adorable! Costs SGD$16.40!

I really love these caps. Hopefully, I will be able to own them soon :)

I got this from RibbonGirls at SGD$9.40. It is not very cheap but I find it worth the price. I love the color (though the mint looked lighter in the shop's picture). The shop had a lot of good reviews so I got it eventually. I am super in love with the bracelet and I will definitely buy from the shop again.

Hope you enjoyed this post!

Prawduct's Shine Sleeping Dream Cream by Robert Hallowell Posted at 4:45 PM 0 comments (+)
Hello girls!

Today, I will like to share a really great hair product that I just discovered. And it's really cheap now! :D Introducing....

Prawduct's Shine Sleeping Dream Cream!
I got this from Qoo10 for just SGD$4.70! This product is incredible and marvelous because it really works! The shop, ilovekorea is now selling it at a super low price, you only need to pay the shipping fee. :) I am recommending this dream cream because it worked really well for me, and I love it, so much that I bought 3 more of the cream and 1 of the magic water.
Honestly, in the beginning, it was a risk for me to buy this. There were only 1 review and it was so cheap that I was afraid it might not be good. But I figured that SGD$4.70 would be worth to waste, and if it is really good, I would have discovered a good yet cheap hair product. NOW I AM SO HAPPY! :D
This item took ~3 weeks to reach me, and I was thinking that I might not be receiving it after all, lol.

This came from the shop that I bought it from. This dream cream can actually be used during the day as well as night time. I used it last night before I went to sleep. It makes my hair really soft and smooth! :)
The dream cream does not have a very thick consistency, and it has a water base. Thus, it is very light and won't weigh down the hair. I really recommend my readers to get one of these dream cream and feel the miracle :D

Hope this helped!
Velcro your hair ^__^ Posted at 4:21 PM 0 comments (+)
Hello lovelies!

Today's post is about the velcro hair products that I use. :)
Just a short note about my hair:
I used to have really really long straight hair. After keeping it for a few months, it got really annoying at times so I went to the hairdresser and got shoulder-length hair. I might have gone over my head at that point, because after a few weeks, I went on to have a bob haircut. It's been a few months since then, and I have gotten numerous haircuts to maintain that short length. But now I have decided to keep it long again because I think that I look better with long hair, hahaha.
Short hair does have its perks, it is more cooling and easier to manage. But it is not easy to maintain because the nice bob shape will disappear after a few weeks. (To maintain this haircut, many trips to the hairdresser's is necessary!) So now I have decided to grow it out again. :)

This is my favorite hair tool. I use these velcro hair rollers to maintain the curved and bob shape of my hair, and it is really useful. Velcro hair rollers are easy to use and also good for the hair (compared to using heat on it).
The mini black roller and the blue with metal plate roller was both bought at Daiso. :) The mini one came in threes and the blue one came in fours. Both were just for SGD$2! I got the purple roller from SASA. It is slightly bigger diameter compared to the blue one. For that, I got it at around SGD$3+ for 6. I think the best quality one would be the purple roller that I got from SASA, but they are all about the same quality, just with different sizes. :)

This is a velcro hairbow that I got from Qoo10 at SGD$1.50 (including SGD$0.50 shipping). I expected it to be cuter and nicer but the pink is very girlish and not my style. :( Actually, I wanted the red one but it was out of stock. I use this to keep my fringe away from my face but it doesn't really work -__- (Maybe my fringe is too thick already!) I wanted to get one of these because I saw Qiuqiu using it and I thought it really looked cute on her ^^
Anyway I got this from the Qoo10 shop called They sell lots of interesting hair tools that were featured on 女人我最大

I hope this post helped ^^

Washing your hair backwards. Posted at 8:19 PM 0 comments (+)
Hello sweeties!

Last week, I chanced upon an interesting tip for soft hair. I tried it out for a week to make sure it works before sharing it here. :)
It is basically to... wash your hair backwards! Interesting, huh? The traditional and known way is to shampoo first, then condition your hair right? This tip is just the opposite! So now you rinse your hair, put on conditioner, and then shampoo it. :) It really makes my hair soft and nice, so try it out the next time you wash your hair!
I got this tip from the website, No More Dirty Looks, and you can read their take on it! This technique of washing the hair was introduced by Horst Rechelbacher, who is the founder of Intelligent Nutrients. Here's what was shared on that website:
“When you wash your hair, try using your conditioner first. If you want to go all the way, put oils on your scalp, give yourself a nice massage, and then comb it through. Next, wet it down, put conditioner all over your hair and then also all over your body. Wash yourself with the conditioner, then rinse it all off. Then, you use shampoo. Rinse it off as well, and you won’t need conditioner again. If your hair is tangly, put a little oil on your hands and then comb it through—that’s it. You will feel very pure.”
Try it out and let me know how it feels! ;)

River Island Tick Tock Watch Posted at 1:01 PM 0 comments (+)

My River Island Tick Tock watch is here! I LOVE IT, IT IS SO GORGEOUS *__* As mentioned in an earlier post, I got it from, at SGD$32.51 with free worldwide delivery! This is the first time that I purchased something from Asos, and I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with the item and the quality. The delivery took a while, because it took 2 days for them to ship my item out, and about 10 days to reach my place. It was definitely worth the wait though! I really love the design and the quality. (In fact, everything about it! Hahaha.)
I purchased this using the Asos application, because it was easy and seems safe to use!

I hope you like this as much as I do ^^
Hair Products Posted at 12:33 PM 0 comments (+)

Today's post will be about the hair products that I bought ^^

This is John Freida's Frizz-Ease Miraculous Recovery Intensive Masque. I bought it a while ago from Watsons, and it cost me less than SGD$20 (i think). This is not bad, but I think it is more effective if you apply the masque and then put on a shower cap so that there will be the 'steaming effect'. I actually rather like this, and I bought this because I really needed to treat my hair after neglecting it for weeks. However, this was bought while waiting for my Opal Hair Treatment Intensive to arrive, so now I am using the Opal one and keeping this on hold. Hahaha. The reason why is because this has to be put on for 3-5 minutes while Opal is just a one-minute treatment! Yes, I hate waiting lol. Overall, this masque does its job and it can be gotten at an affordable price. :)

This is my current favorite. I got this Opal One Minute Treatment (intensive) at Qoo10, at only the price of SGD$10.90! I super love this, because it really makes my hair smooth, smells good, and doesn't take a long time ^^ This product is quite raved about by the users, and I think it wasfeatured on Lady First (aka the popular hit television show 女人我最大. I say that this actually works and it is super cheap on Qoo10! A lot of shops are selling it but I got it from the shop Sixth Sense. I definitely recommend for you to try this out. :)
This is one of the deep conditioners that I have used previously but there is nothing much to rave about it. For me, I bought it because it said '48-hour frizz control' but I don't think it worked exceptionally well. This is just a so-so deep conditioner. I got this from Watsons too, also below SGD$20.

Marc Anthony's Bye Bye Frizz Sulfate Free Blow Dry Cream. I LOVE THIS. I needed a heat protectant for my hair because I started blow drying it more frequently. This was the perfect product that I was looking for. Hello, blow dry cream?! It smooth my hair and get rid of all the frizz. It also tames my hair so even when I don't blow dry my hair, I put this on to ensure I have really great hair.
Do note that putting too much of this on your hair will weigh it down and even make it a little too oily. So please estimate well the amount to use!

Hope this helped! Don't forget to leave a comment :)

The Face Shop Rice Water Bright O2 Cleansing Foam + Natural bar soap cleanser. Posted at 9:23 AM 0 comments (+)

Yesterday, I took a trip to Causeway Point at Woodlands and went to the various beauty stores to look for a face cleanser. Actually, I only went in SASA and The Face Shop lol. I skipped The Body Shop cause they do not have much to offer for my skin, other than the Tea Tree line of products. So anyway, I needed a new cleanser because the previous one I was using (the natural bar soap cleanser) was way too drying for me.

This is the one that I was using. I got it from Qoo10, a shop called Wantit, and I bought like 4 of it -__- Typical Singaporean la! First, I bought 1, and then when I saw that they have a buy 3 free 1 promotion, I went to buy 3 more. Now I am totally regretting my buy, because it is not suitable for me at all :( This comes in different flavors for different skin types. I bought the oatmeal, aloe vera, chamomile, chlorella, and got another free chamomile. Actually, before I made the purchase, I tried to search for reviews online, but I couldn't find any -__- But now I shall make a review of my own.

[Soap Beauty]【Today's Special !! Promotion 3 Buy 1 Free】[Acne treatment] 100% Safety Organic Soap / Whitening / cleansing / Handmade Medicinal / Acne / Skin care / Vitamin

Here's my honest review:
My skin is dry-oily combination. Before using this soap, it was more oily than dry. Even though I still had dry skin on the surface, I always have a thick layer of oil that oozed from my pores. I decided to get this soap because it promised to clear my acne, as well as moisturize. They say that it is a handmade product, made with only natural ingredients. There were also some good reviews, saying that it worked for them/their son. So I started using the bar soap, hoping that it will really work. However, it made my skin VERY VERY dry. Even while washing off the soap with water, I could see flakes of my skin. It was damn terrible and I stopped using it. I was using the aloe vera one, and this happened when I was about to finish using the bar. Now I have 4 unused bars, and I don't know what to do with them T__T

Note: This bar may work for you, because everyone have different skin type. You are welcome to give it a try (it is not pricey!) but this is my take on the product.

That's why, after that horrible experience, I went to find a cleanser that promises good moisturizing! Remember, even if you have really oily skin, moisturizing is still a must! Just get a water-based moisturizer or serum. It actually took me a while before I bought this Rice Water Bright O2 Cleansing Foam from The Face Shop. Firstly, it was the price, it is selling at SGD$32.90, but with a 10% discount, so i got it at SGD$29.60. Of course, Qoo10 is selling it at a WAY LOWER price, SGD$18+ i think. Secondly, I did not hear fantastic reviews about this product. It seemed overpriced for an okay cleanser. I don't know why, but I still bought it despite such worries hahaha.
I tried it last night and this morning, and I got to say I LOVE IT. It gives me a clean feeling (but not squeaky clean) that other cleansers never gave. And I can also feel the moisturizing component because my skin is not totally dried out. All in all, I do not regret buying this. But next time, I will probably get it from Qoo10, LOL.

Here's what I learned from this experience:
Always try out the product on your own. If you are like me, you might have the tendency to look for reviews of a certain product before making the decision to get it. Well, do know that the different products work differently on different people. (Wow, so many different in a sentence HAHAHA.) And you will never know until you try it, it may be the perfect product that you have always been looking for! ;)
So before I bought the Rice Bright O2 Cleansing Foam, I was contemplating between these items~

Dr G (aka Gowoonsesang) Pore Deep Clearing Foam from SASA and Blemish Zero from The Face Shop.

I really wanted to get the Blemish Zero one, from The Face Shop. But I think I was psycho-ed by the salesgirl who keep pushing me to buy expensive stuff. I might try it (if I still have blemishes) after the current one. What I liked was that it is super gentle on the skin, and the tiny bubbles that form are so nice!!

I hope this helped! Any enquires, please comment! :)
